Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing distinct sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
